CheapMod Parts

This is a 9 wire mod that can be used with disable switch.  The SST49LF020 is the same chip used in the matrix mod and can be programmed with bios images the matrix can support.  This includes the Cromwell Linux bios that is free of Microsoft code, for legal reasons this is the only bios image that is recommended by Llamma.com any other use of this chip is at your own discretion and not supported nor endorsed by Llamma.com.

CheapMod Programmer  

LPC based programmer, Advanced form of Cheaplpc but does not suffer from its limitations.  Programmer can ether be plugged into parallel port directly or on a parallel cable (tested on a 6ft one), the programmer is powered by a usb cable (not included). Programmer has LEDs to indicate power, read and write process. (wmilk.exe 1.2 or newer or greenprog is required to use read and write leds correctly), Programmer been tested on windows 98se and xp (giveio.sys might be need for NT,XP. included with greenprog).

Programmer can be used with matrix (xodus) but required a adapter to connect to programmer port on it. Programmer might be usable with Xecutor 2 and other LPC mods. greenprog will support them soon.
