All the hardware you need to do either the CPU OR the GPU. We recommend getting 2 kits to do both at the same time. Most people will only need one kit for the GPU so you make the call one kit or two. Tools that are necessary to install the kit, 360 opening tool, T8, T10, screwdriver, 1/4" nut driver or wrench, 13/64 drill bit and drill. (Don't forget the heatsink paste!)
