You will need to provide about 30-60 minutes of your time, a drill and 13/64 drill bit, a small crescent wrench or pliers, and a standard slotted screw driver.

less than an hour depending on your experience with opening an Xbox 360.

both the GPU and CPU (Most consoles only need to have one kit installed
on the GPU. That means that some do require on the CPU as well.
We recommend installing two kits right away, one on the CPU and another
on the GPU at the same time, this saves time and energy if yours is one
that requires two kits.
