Please read the following policies. A purchase indicates acceptance of these policies.

SHIPPING METHODS AND INFORMATION:

Shipping Policy:
We ship daily, Monday-Friday, via FedEx and USPS - this means your paid order typically ships the NEXT business day. (We do not ship on major US holidays, Saturdays or Sundays).
We only ship with our accounts, please do not ask to use your own.
When you proceed through the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to select your choice of shipping method. We offer various levels of expedience through USPS and FedEx. The delivery time of your order will depend on the delivery options you select during checkout.
Pending verification, non custom-work orders generally ship within 0-2 business days.
An email will be sent to you providing you with a USPS Delivery Confirmation ID or a FedEx Tracking # when our order is shipped.

Shipping delivery dates and guarantees are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier to fulfill. We are not responsible for the timeliness of the parcel once it is turned over to the shipping carrier.

Signatures are required for certain orders, but not all. If a signature is not required, the shipping carrier may leave the parcel unattended on the premises. This is not a problem if you have a secure mailbox and the parcel fits in it. You know your front door better than anyone, does leaving it there mean you could be sending a gift to neighbors or passers-by? If you would like us to be certain to add a signature, please add the request to the comments section when placing your order.

We use only the reputable shipping methods of the United States Postal Service and FedEx, which both provide confirmation of delivery; we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Delivery in: 1-2 business days

FEDEX HOME/GROUND:
Delivery in: 2-4 business days (not a guaranteed timeframe)

FEDEX EXPRESS:
Delivery via: Overnight (Saturday delivery not available), 2 Day Air, 3 Day Express Saver:
Tracking: Yes

International Shipping Method:
At this time, we only offer one shipping option for international orders. We have found it to be the most reliable and affordable for the speed in which it is delivered. Receiving customers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, or taxes. Please do not ask us to adjust customs values or ship with another method, as we do not.

USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS:
Delivery in: 3-5 business days
Tracking: Yes
Signature required: Yes

Delivery in: This is the estimated delivery time provided by the individual shipping carriers
Tracking: Whether the parcel will be trackable online. Delivery Confirmation is not tracking, it only confirms delivery of a parcel. USPS.com will only update your ID once when we ship and once when it is delivered.

RETURNS

Return/Exchange/Warranty/Cancellation Policies:

Returns/Warranty:

  • An RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) is required for either a replacement or a refund. Please email customerservice@llamma.com  with a description of the problem, desired resolution (replacement or refund) and which products you would like to return. We will contact you within 1-3 business days with the status of your request.
  • Customers are always responsible for shipping of returns. When shipping the return to us, please use a shipping service with tracking or USPS Delivery Confirmation.
  • In the case of defective items, we cover the cost to ship the replacement back to you. In the case of non-defective items, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • Our products include a warranty of 40 days from the shipping date unless otherwise noted and consoles that we have repaired include a 90 day warranty.
  • Our parts are tested thoroughly prior to shipping. Please keep in mind any returns will be inspected for the following: Llamma product status, tampering (i.e. broken seal on DVD), serial numbers, or damage due to installation.
  • Many of the products we offer are new items and cannot be returned after installation or opening the OEM packaging, some examples- XCM products like controller shells, console cases and rapid fire mods, some product packaging must be destroyed to access the produt like aurora lighting products, whisper max fans and others. If your opening/handling/installation of a new item has made it "not new" it cannot be returned.
  • Replacements: If an RMA is issued, the product must be received by us prior to a replacement being sent (no exceptions).
  • Refunds: If an RMA is issued, refunds are only available if you have requested an RMA within 10 days of us shipping the product. If a product returned is not faulty, ordered mistakenly, or without an RMA, we do not refund the original shipping costs and charge a 15% restocking fee.

    Canceling/Changing Orders:
     
  • Please email customerservice@llamma.com  if would like to cancel completely or change aspects of your order, such as adding or subtracting products, color change requests, etc.
  • Please let us know this information as soon as possible and note that it may not be possible to cancel or change the order before it is shipped.

ORDERING/PAYMENT POLICIES

Currency:
All prices are in US dollars.

Product Availability:
All of the products that are offered online are stocked in our warehouse and will be shipped within 0-2 business days. If a service is ordered, please reference the timeframe within the description. If a service is ordered with other products, we will ship the entire order when the service is completed.

Paypal funded orders:
When the Paypal payment method is used, it must include a Paypal Confirmed Address (currently only available in US, UK and Canada). The order must ship to this address. If the shipping address entered on your order page differs from the address provided through Paypal, we will contact you by email for confirmation that shipping to your Paypal address will be acceptable.

Credit Card funded orders:
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to enter your billing address EXACTLY as your card issuer has it on file. If your card declines, typically the problem is that an address other than the billing was entered, or it is as simple as a typo or an error with the credit card company records.
If your card is enrolled in Verified by Visa, or MasterCard SecureCode authentication, we may approve shipping to an address other than the billing.

To combat internet fraud, all credit card transactions are run through a series of electronic verification checks. In the event that one or more of these checks return a mismatch or error, your transaction attempt will be declined.

We generally are not able to accept prepaid credit cards/gift cards.

Mailed payment (Check or Money Order) funded orders:
Payment by personal check is welcome. There will be a 5-day hold for check clearance. We highly recommend cashier checks or money orders, as we ship within one business day of receipt.

Western Union
Please submit the amount of the order payable to Llamma Corp – do not deduct the Western Union fee from the total, you are responsible for the fee in addition to your purchase price. Once you have submitted the wire, please email customerservice@llamma.com with the MTCN and your order number. We typically pick up these two times a week, so this method may add a day or two to your order processing time.
